Only one? Okay, well then I'd have to say that the Beautiful Path Hand Dyed Comb Top is my favorite with the different colors of purple in it. So pretty! I can just imagine the yarn that would come from it. :)

I love the Subtley Dyed Sock Yarn, it just calls to me. The color is just beautiful, I want it on my feet!

My favorite is the Subtley Dyed Sock Yarn - I love the color and its subtle variations, I think that would be the best part about knitting it.

I have to say that I really like the 'Pretty Handpainted Yarn' is my favorite. I like the varied colors in it that go together so nicely. :)

My favorite is the Beauty (red) yarn. I like really intense, saturated colors. :)

PS - the Pretty Handpainted Yarn is indeed pretty (gorgeous, actually), but I don't think those colors are really "jewel tones." The yarn is more muted than that. Think emeralds, rubies, sapphires. Jewel tones are deep, rich colors that really pop.

I think the Wintergarden one is the best. I like how subtly the colours flow together and the mood it imparts.

oooh, it's so hard to choose! I think my favourite at the moment is the 'Beauty' sock yarn, as I'm really loving bright deep shades of red...but it's all so pretty.

I'm vampy on ravelry too btw :)

I like the beautiful path roving, and I really like the description you wrote for it, too. I'd be sure to think about it when I was spinning....

Fierce Tiger

Because the colours are amazing! I read your blog post on it aswell about the skein getting all tangled. It seems only right that a yarn named fierce tiger would be unruly and difficult!

The Wintergarden Roving is absolutely lovely. Calming colors, beautifully chosen and blended. I can visualize how this would spin up in a light worsted weight with a few coils here and there. I also love Falkland wool!

The Pygora Merino Blend Spinning Batt looks yummy, almost like angora but special in its own way.

Oh I forgot to say why I love the Winter Garden roving and Spiced Orange sock yarn. I miss my garden too and am anti Winter but your beautiful roving gave me a different perspective on things. The Spiced Orange just seems to be the color scheme I am currently drawn too. It makes me feel warm. :)

Sea Mist Hand Paint - LOVE IT!
LOVE IT! Just my colors!

Love the space dyed roving--would be fun to spin it into a noro-esque single, or navaho ply it. Winter Garden is my fave, but your sock yarns are lovely color combos too--I just seem to be looking for semi-solids these days.

I really like the Fierce Tiger Handpainted Sock Yarn. The different colors really go well together and with the colorway name. Also, tigers are my favorite animal, so it jumped right out at me!

Lovely colors on the other yarns and fibers as well!

I agree with your 7 year old, "Pretty" is the prettiest yarn I've seen. If it wasn't for the fact that I to pay rent, bills, meds and food I'd buy it in a minute!

I really like the sea mist hand painted yarn. I usually do not like hand painted yarn because of the way it works out, but I think the sea mist would look lovely knit up.

I love the Winter Garden fiber. I love the way the colors are so subtle and beautiful and I think they blend together so nicely. I can see it spinning up into a lovely heathery yarn!

I love, love, love the "pretty hand painted yarn".
Some how it reminds me of the ocean. I live in new england and the water here is often those slate blues and dark greens. And the seaweed is all the pretty yellows and yellowy greens. and the periwinkles around here are all those purples and dark pinks.
It also inspires peacefulness just like the ocean.
Truly lovely!

I love the "pretty" colorway. I also like how subtle the colors are on the spinning fiber.

I absolutely agree with your son -- "Pretty" is my favorite as well. The colors look absolutely gorgeous!

My favorite is hands down the Winter Garden Hand Dyed roving. Colors that subdued and gentle are rare in etsy rovings and really stand out. It is also beautifully photographed :)

My favorite is the subtle sock yarn. I love purple and those shades are just lovely. I'm such a sucker for sock yarn!

Chrissie said...

My favorite item is the Pretty Hand Painted Yarn, although it is not my favored fiber nor weight, because your son is right, it is just the prettiest colorway I have seen in a while.

I absolutely love the smokey look of the Beautiful Path Hand Dyed Comb Top! Of course it also helps that purple is one of my favourite colours! Also, I think that your description is very fitting. Overall, a beautifully presented item, I'll definitely be visiting your etsy shop again to see what else you come up with!

Lately I've been far more drawn to fiber than already made yarn, and I've been working to expand my color comfort zone. Normally I go for purples and blue, and Beautiful Path Hand Dyed Comb Top is lovely...but so is Winter Garden Hand Dyed Roving. Right now that's my favorite!
